Peer Review Process

The peer review process for Fortiori Law Journal (FLJ) begins with an initial screening by the editorial team within the first three days, where the manuscript is checked for adherence to submission guidelines, relevance to the journal's scope, and plagiarism using Turnitin detection tool with a maximum similarity index of 30%. The manuscript that do not meet these standards is unqualified to proceed to the next review stage. Manuscripts passing this stage are then assigned to expert reviewers within the next three days. The reviewers have two weeks to evaluate the manuscript's originality, quality, and contribution to the field, after which they submit their feedback and recommendations to the editorial team. The final decision on the manuscript, whether it requires minor or major revisions, is communicated to the author within a month of the initial submission.
