PENGARUH DIGITAL FATIGUE TERHADAP KINERJA BERKELANJUTAN KARYAWAN FINTECH DI YOGYAKARTA DENGAN MODERASI WORK LIFE BOUNDARIES

Abstract

Transformasi digital yang masif di sektor financial technology menuntut penggunaan perangkat digital secara intensif, yang berpotensi memicu digital fatigue kondisi kelelahan kognitif dan emosional yang mengancam kinerja berkelanjutan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital fatigue terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan karyawan fintech di Yogyakarta serta menguji peran work-life boundaries sebagai variabel moderasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori terhadap 300 responden, analisis data dilakukan melalui Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital fatigue berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan dengan koefisien jalur -1,3182 (p < 0,05). Work-life boundaries terbukti secara empiris berperan sebagai variabel moderasi tipe pelemah (buffering effect) terhadap dampak negatif tersebut dengan koefisien interaksi 0,1536 (p<0,05). Model penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan 91,6% variasi pada kinerja berkelanjutan karyawan. Sebagai simpulan, kelelahan digital terbukti menurunkan stabilitas kinerja jangka panjang, namun dampak tersebut dapat diredam melalui penerapan batasan kerja yang tegas antara ranah profesional dan personal.
