This study aims to analyze the career adaptability of Generation Z. Generation Z tends to be self-directed in managing their careers and is highly value-driven. They are more flexible, independent, and willing to take risks in pursuing non-linear career paths to achieve job satisfaction and self-actualization. This phenomenon reflects the concept of a Boundaryless Career because there are no limits in a career like barriers between organizations or a linear education path. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, utilizing a questionnaire instrument for data collection. The findings reveal a strong tendency that Generation Z possesses an exceptionally high level of career path flexibility. Today's guidance and counseling services must be able to develop students in healthy digital comparisons, facilitating virtual career exploration, and strengthening students' self-regulation. This ensures they do not merely become spectators, but capable directors in constructing their future non-linear careers.
