Education is the main provision to face the dynamics of life which continues to develop and experience change. The world of education is currently facing many very complex and diverse problems, starting from deficiencies in the learning process and learning evaluation. Education in the 21st century requires a shift in mindset in learning methods, where major emphasis is given to developing 21st century skills to empower students with relevant and competitive abilities. A learning approach is needed that is able to shift the focus of learning from teacher-centered to student-centered. The role of teachers is very important in supporting the development of students so that they acquire critical, innovative, creative and high moral attitudes which aim to form complete individuals. This research aims to determine the strategies of PPKn teachers in improving the Pancasila Student Profile in the critical reasoning dimension at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta. This research was carried out for approximately 5 months. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative where the researcher will describe based on data obtained from the field. Data sources were obtained from interviews with the Deputy Head of Curriculum, PPKn teachers, students, observations and documentation at school. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research showed that the PPKn teacher's strategy in increasing the dimensions of critical reasoning is by using a variety of learning models or methods, the teacher's strategy is to get students to like reading or literacy, the second strategy is the teacher giving examples or actual events, the third strategy was the teacher giving HOTS questions, The fourth strategy was that students were able to solve problems through discussions, questions and answers and presentations and finally school facilities that support learning.

This study aims to identify the positive experiences of education students related to learning in the Kampus Merdeka program. The research employs a qualitative method, involving 12 participants who are students from the teacher education program. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The findings reveal three main themes identified by the students as positive aspects of learning in the Kampus Merdeka program. First, the flexibility of the curriculum, which allows students to select courses based on their interests and career needs. Second, the innovative quality of instruction, encompassing the use of creative teaching methods and advanced educational technology. Third, the availability of career guidance, which assists students in preparing for their future careers. These findings indicate that the implementation of Kampus Merdeka has a significantly positive impact on the learning experiences of education students.

Researchers can examine how women's leadership influences organizational culture, policies, and study program outcomes. So a case study was carried out in an effort to obtain data related to leadership in eight study programs led by women. Role models that encourage inspiration, female leadership can be powerful role models for students and staff, especially for women, in demonstrating that a successful academic career is achievable for everyone regardless of gender. By inspiring and providing support, female leadership motivates study program members to reach their best potential and contribute to collective success. Women's leadership influences organizational culture, policies and study program outcomes. This research aims to find out and analyze in depth about students who are often late coming to school at SMA Negeri 11 West Pontianak. The case subjects in this study were two students. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. The data collection techniques used are direct communication and documentation with data analysis techniques using case study steps including problem identification, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, evaluation and follow-up. When providing treatment, researchers use the Behavioral counseling model. The implementation of counseling in case subject I uses aversion therapy techniques and positive reinforcement while in case subject II uses aversion therapy techniques and response formation. The factors causing the case subject to be late for school are due to internal and external factors. The results showed that there were significant changes in case subjects I and II after being given treatment four times. The changes in case subjects I and II are that students are not late, before the bell is rung the case subject is already present at school, disciplines themselves to manage daily time and is more eager to take part in learning.

This research aims to examine the role of school principals in increasing teacher work productivity in junior high schools in Samarinda City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with school principals, deputy principals and teachers as informants, as well as observation and documentation. The research results show that the planning carried out by the school principal has run optimally. The school principal prepares plans systematically, provides assistance to teachers to improve the quality of teaching. This planning includes preparing training and workshop schedules for teachers, providing facilities, and providing motivation. Follow-up to this plan includes recording deficiencies during class observations, calling individual teachers, and discussing the results through teacher council meetings. Good planning by school principals accelerates improvements in teacher performance, which has a positive impact on schools and students to achieve optimal results. This emphasizes the important role of school principals in designing strategies to increase teacher work productivity and manage schools effectively.

Conceptual understanding ability is a skill in which students can explain a matter or concept of knowledge with their personal understanding. However, students' conceptual understanding related to science learning, especially on the material of the human respiratory system is still lacking. This study aims to determine how the application of the RADEC learning model in improving concept understanding in human respiratory system material for grade V elementary school students. This research used experimental method with quasi experimental design nonequivalent control groups design. The results showed that the pretest of students' concept understanding ability was highest with a score of 60 with an average score of 33. After the application of the RADEC learning model, the posttest value of students' concept understanding was highest in the very good category with a score of 100 with an average score of 82. The increase in students' understanding of concepts in human respiratory system material after applying the RADEC learning model has increased significantly as evidenced by the n-gain results on students' pretest and posttest scores with a result of 0.72 which is in the high category indicating that there is an increase in understanding of high category concepts after the application of the RADEC learning model of human respiratory system material.

Brand image is important for a product, with a good brand image, it can influence consumer preferences to make purchasing decisions. However, at this time, brand reputation is not the main factor for consumers when considering purchasing beauty products. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on online purchasing decisions for Skintific facial care cosmetics. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents with a sampling method in the form of nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Based on the simple linear regression test, the significance value of the X and Y variables is 0.000 <0.05. In the T test, the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the t value is 10.328> t table 1.98552, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. In the determination coefficient test, the coefficient of determination is 0.532, which means that the influence of brand image contributes 53.2% to the online purchasing decision for Skintific facial care cosmetics, while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results showed that brand image has a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decisions for Skintific facial care cosmetics.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi pemberian layanan konseling kelompok pada remajanya terhadap pornografi. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus dengan mengumpulkan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data, triangulasi metode, dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pelayanan konseling kelompok terhadap pornografi di desa mesan krio berhasil dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok. Peneliti ini menyoroti pentingnya memahami dampak negatif pornografi terhadap kesehatan mental dan emosional. Dengan adanya konseling kelompok, para remaja mempunyai wadah yang tepat untuk membahas permasalahan dan mendapatkan informasi yang mendalam serta saling bertukar pikiran dan pendapat terutama dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri remaja. dalam konseling kelompok dibahas dalam masalah pribadi yang dialami oleh masing-masing anggota kelompok. The research aims to test the effectiveness of group counselling services using art therapy techniques that is mindfulness based art therapy. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the Quasi Experimental Design, the One Group Pre-Test and Post-test Design research design. The sampling technique in this research is Purposive Sampling and the researchers obtained six pupils. In the data collection method used is by elevating student engagement. Then in the analysis techniques using presentation analysis and T-Test for Paired Sample. Group counselling activities were carried out with mindfulness based art therapy techniques divided into 9 sessions with evaluation at the last meeting. The results of the study showed that group counselling services using art therapy techniques were effective in improving student engagement, this was proven by the T-Test for Paired Sample with a value of t= -27,732 and a significance of 0,000<0,5 and the Effect Size calculation obtained a result of 11,406 >1,00 which belongs to the category of strong effects. (strong effect). Thus it was concluded that the provision of group counselling services using art therapy techniques provides a very strong effectiveness in increasing student engagement in the students of Class IX in the 22nd Pontianak state high school.

As for data gathering techniques using angket spread (questioning) with qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the result of the material expert at stage I is 89% and at stage II is 90% with the final result is 89.5%. Based on the assessment, the e-module hair coloring technique highlight used as a learning medium is valid and “Very worthy”.

To ensure that the brand reaches the school's target audience, it is necessary to leverage the rapid technological developments in the era of Industry 4.0. One characteristic of the Industry 4.0 era is the growth of digital marketing. Digital marketing involves the use of digital technology to create channels for potential recipients, with the goal of effectively achieving business objectives and satisfying customer needs. This research aims to outline school branding strategies, starting from preschool (TK), elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP), senior high school (SMA), to vocational high school (SMK). The research employs a literature study or library research method.
From the analysis and discussion, the results show that school branding strategies in the digital era to enhance community interest are as follows: 1) conducting a SWOT analysis of the school, 2) establishing a competent public relations team proficient in both print and electronic media as well as social media, 3) improving academic and non-academic achievements, 4) developing social media presence including the school's website, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, 5) implementing Word of Mouth (WOM) strategies involving all teachers, staff, and parents, 6) maximizing the accreditation value of expertise programs and schools with an A rating, 7) enhancing the quality of teachers and teaching according to their expertise, 8) realizing the quality of graduates' character or behavior, 9) creating flagship activities that differentiate the school from others, 10) establishing a brand personality through the portrayal of a well-known figure.
