Secara khusus, fokus penelitian cenderung berada pada artikel jurnal, yang menunjukkan
kecenderungan untuk penelitian yang melalui proses peer review yang ketat, menjamin kualitas
dan keandalan hasil penelitian. Bahan ajar yang baik dapat membantu mahasiswa tetap fokus,
memahami materi, aktif terlibat dalam pembelajaran, dan mengembangkan keterampilan.
Penelitian mendukung perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut tentang cara efektif dalam
mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan bahan ajar, serta memahami faktor-faktor yang
memengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaannya. Saran penelitian meliputi eksplorasi strategi
pengembangan bahan ajar baru, evaluasi bahan ajar yang sudah ada, pemahaman tentang
penggunaan bahan ajar oleh guru dan mahasiswa, serta penelitian tentang efektivitas bahan ajar
dalam berbagai konteks pendidikan. Terakhir, penelitian tentang pengembangan alat evaluasi
yang lebih baik juga penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas bahan ajar.
