The research method used in this is a quantitative method. The population observed in this study was all conventional cemmercial banks listed on the idx for the period 2015 to 2018. The population in this study was 42 banking companies sampling techniques with a total sample of 56. The type of data used is secondary data. </em><em>The results showed that Credit Risk (NPL) no significant positive effect on finanial performance (ROA), Market Risk (NIM) has a significant positive effect on bank financial performance (ROA). Liquidity Risk (LDR) has a significant positive effect on bank financial performance (ROA). Credit risk (NPL), market risk (NIM) and liquidity risk (LDR) have different effects. The research objective was to partially determine the effect of intrinsic motivation (achievement achieved, recognition of others, work itself, opportunities for development, responsibility) on work performance of employees of Batik Nakula Sadewa Sleman Yogyakarta and to see the effect of intrinsic motivation (achievement achieved, recognition of others, work itself, opportunities for development, responsibility) simultaneously on the work performance of employees of Batik Nakula Sadewa Sleman Yogyakarta. The population in this study were final year students of a private university in Central Jakarta in 2015. The sample used in this study was 210 people. The sampling technique used proportional sampling method. In this study, the validity test used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), the reliability test used the Cronbach's Alpha method and hypothesis testing used the causal steps method with SPSS software.
